John Williams John has over 22 years in domestic and international human resource and line operations management and has developed a strong ability to identify and evaluate talent within the manufacturing marketplace. Attaining a BBA and MBA in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering from Texas Technological University, John formed a solid base of business leadership experience with Fortune 100 manufacturers such as Celanese, Frito-Lay and Heublein, Inc. John's previous background as Chief Operating Officer in small manufacturing subsidiary enviroments has led to significant "turnaround" results on three indepentdent occasions. Exposure to a variety of corporate cultures allows him to have a unique understanding of the issures key to attracting talent to our clients. Success in operational problem-solving brings the same productive approach to the executive recruitment process. As President of John Williams and Associates, John directs our service to clients within food, pharmaceutical, and beverage manufacturing. His personal area of specialization is seviour production operations, engineering, quality, and Distribution/Logistics.
